A 12 year boy is in critical condition after being shocked at an RG&E substation. The incident happened Sunday afternoon in Rochester on Suntru Street where firefighters found the boy inside the fence line with burns over his body. A person was injured when a 3 alarm fire on E. Main Street and Alexander Street. This is being called suspicious after firefighters put out a fire a few days earlier.
