Same Rochester Apartment Building Catches Fire For The Second Time Days Apart

A person was injured when a 3 alarm fire on E. Main Street and Alexander Street.
This is being called suspicious after firefighters put out a fire a few days earlier.
Reports say the building was not supposed to have power and was boarded up after the fire over the weekend.
