Music Submission

All music submitted to WDKX for on-air play must be submitted via email to music@wdkx.com or by filling out the form below.

1039 WDKX’s willingness to accept submissions does not imply or guarantee airplay or feedback. Our decisions are made by our music and programming department, with possible additional input from local sales and third-party research.

Please understand due to the increase in volume of submissions you will only receive a response if there is interest in or questions regarding the one submitted song. We apologize in advance that a majority of the submissions will not receive a response at all due to the number of submissions received. Please do not submit multiple times it will not increase the likelihood of a response.

Music must be submitted in the following format MP3 (at least 128kbps)

All Tracks must have the following information:
– Name of Artist
– Name of Song/Album

Submission of music does not guarantee your song will be played on-air or added to our website.

By submitting your music to WDKX you have given us permission to broadcast or otherwise exhibit your music, in whole and/or in part on the radio, through our website or internet stream.

Please attach all of your contact information, social media links, and a brief bio or EPK with your music submission.

All MP3s, pictures, posters, or flyers submitted to WDKX becomes the property of the station and will not be returned.

Please ensure that ALL submissions are “clean radio” versions.

Please Note:
– The song must first be submitted through the proper channels. You must follow rules or your song submission will be rejected.

– We will only open songs that meet the file type requirements (MP3 320kbps quality) WE WILL NOT DOWNLOAD MUSIC FROM LINKS EMAILED TO US.

– Songs must be ‘Broadcasting Commission Compliant’ – which means songs MUST be clean versions only.
