Believe In You

What do you believe about yourself?

Take a minute or a few to think about what you believe about yourself. Actually, write it down if you have a journal (if you don’t I suggest you get one or download a journal app on your phone) no matter if it’s good or bad. If you have thoughts that are not uplifting about yourself it’s okay! It gives you somewhere to start to make a big impact in your life.

If you believe you are not good enough then that is what you will see in your life. So let’s change that. Now write down the opposite of the beliefs that are limiting or not in line with your goals. So instead of I’m not good enough, you can write I am enough or I am wonderfully and awesomely made – I love all of me!

It’s time to let go of limiting beliefs about you. When you limit yourself by having bad thoughts about yourself you essentially block your blessings!

You are beautiful and you are greatness it is now time for you to believe in your own excellence and get the blessings that are for you!
