HEAP Applications Now Open Across New York State for Winter Heating Help

New York’s Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) is now accepting applications to help eligible residents pay their heating bills this winter. Qualifying households may receive up to $1,086 in assistance, depending on household income and heating type.
