US COVID-19 Numbers Set Another Daily Infection Rate Record

Friday was another record setting day for the U.S. as daily coronavirus infections climbed to over 125,000.
Health officials all over the country are beginning to issue warnings similar to those in March, when the pandemic officially began.
In addition to the high new case numbers, by Friday evening there were at least 1,137 deaths, according to John Hopkins University.
54,000 Americans are currently hospitalized undergoing treatment for COVID-19 and according the COVID Tracking Project, around 11,000 are in ICU.
