Veo has announced the return of its bikes and scooters in Rochester as of March 8, just in time for spring. Now in their third year of service, Veo offers a car-free transportation option for residents over 18, allowing users to unlock a vehicle for $1 and ride for $0.39 per minute through the Veo app. Last year, Veo reported over 425,000 trips, with 50% of riders not owning a car and 42% lacking a driver’s license. Mayor Malik Evans highlighted the return as a positive development for the city, emphasizing the benefits of reducing traffic and pollution while improving mobility for residents.
