Tons of New Yorkers Driver’s License Still Suspended for Failing to Submit Update Vision Exam to DMV

As of April 5th, of this year it’s reported that there are still over 35,000 New Yorkers that haven’t submitted their updated eye exam to the DMV and as a result of this their New York State driver’s license has been suspended since the November 2023 deadline to complete their vision test.

This comes from the covid-19 pandemic between March 2020, through August 31st, 2021, to update their vision exam to renew their license.
