Black Maternal Health Week Starts (WDKX Podcast)

The topic of Black Maternal Health was 1st mentioned on the Black Maternal Health Matters Podcast EP. 1 – 103.9 WDKX Thanks To Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc – Theta Alpha Zeta Chapter. The University of Rochester Medical Center and Rochester Regional Health also hosted an event this past week, on ways they can work to close health care disparities between Black and white mothers to recognize Black Maternal Health Week. Advocates say education can be used as a way to close that gap.
