If you don’t like to feel the effects of brain fog there are some things you can do in order to eliminate that feeling.

According to a neuroscientist at MIT, there are for things she does daily in order to stay focused and energetic through her day.

Dr. Tara Swart Bieber says there are four things she never does to avoid brain fog and forgetfulness.

1. She never let’s herself or her body become too tense. She is aware of how her body feels through the day and if she starts to feel tense she does a breathing exercise called “box breathing”.

2. She never uses her phone, computer, or anything that is a screen 1 hour before bed.

3. She does not load up on sugar.

4. Lastly, she never goes a day without meditation.
