The University also said it created a new company called Meliora Development Company LLC to manage, and maintain the area. Yesterday, UR Medicine celebrated the grand opening of the region’s only outpatient orthopedic surgery center. The UR Medicine Orthopaedics & Physical Performance Surgery Center opened in February at Marketplace Mall.
