Taco Bell to open early retirement community ‘The Cantinas’ in San Diego

Taco Bell is launching “The Cantinas,” an early retirement community in San Diego’s Rancho Santa Fe area, exclusively for its Rewards Members. Scheduled for August 17-18, this weekend getaway aims to let guests experience a relaxed, retirement-like lifestyle without waiting until 55. Activities include “old school” games, pickleball tournaments, arts and crafts, and napping.

Taco Bell’s U.S. Chief Marketing Officer, Taylor Montgomery, emphasizes that The Cantinas embodies a spirit of enjoyment for all ages, aligning with the brand’s ethos of living life to the fullest.

Membership options include a Weekend Membership for $150, offering overnight accommodations and full access to amenities, and a Day Pass for $50 per day, providing access from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Saturday and 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Sunday.
