Rochester man accused of sexual assault after impersonating instructor

A 58-year-old man in Rochester has been charged after police said he posed as a driving instructor and sexually assaulted an 18-year-old woman.

Authorities say the victim got into his car believing he was her instructor, and he then took her to an apartment where the assault allegedly occurred. 

She was able to text a family member for help, who helped police locate her. He faces multiple felony charges and is being held in custody.
