No Cause Of Death Shared But Jackson Reportedly Had Kidney Disease

No official cause of death has been released. However, Jackson was reportedly diagnosed with kidney disease back in 2024, according to KTLA. In September of that year, he shared a video on Instagram announcing the news, as well as his partnership with the National Kidney Foundation.

“Hey everyone! Freddie Jackson here with a very personal and important announcement,” he said. “It is with an open heart that I share some personal news: I have been diagnosed with kidney disease. This journey has been challenging, but I am not facing it alone. My close friends, my manager and music family, and all of you are here with me, keeping me going. I am also proud to announce my partnership with the @nationalkidneyfoundation to raise awareness and support for others affected by this condition. Your love and support mean the world to me as I take this step forward for my health and well-being. Together, we can make a difference. I love you and blessings to you all! #KidneyAwareness #StayStrong #nationalkidneyfoundation.”
