The Penfield Board of Education has changed its October 21 workshop to a full meeting at 6:30 p.m. at the Transportation & Facilities Center, following parent concerns about student safety and alleged racist remarks.
Superintendent Dr. Tasha Potter invited families to attend.
The agenda includes a Student Safety Report and public comments from 20 pre-registered speakers.
Registration closes at noon Tuesday. A follow-up “Coffee Conversations” event with administrators and board members will be held October 28 at Scribner Road Elementary.
