New York State residents over 30 are eligible for COVID-19 vaccinations. Everyone over 16 will be eligible starting April 6th. 15.2% of 19 million New Yorkers are fully vaccinated – the 39th lowest level in the nation, according to The Associated Press’s analysis of federal data.
Due to limited supply, the state says people are encouraged to remain patient and are advised not to show up at vaccination sites without an appointment. To schedule an appointment, check the state’s website, or call the state’s vaccine hotline at 1-833-NYS-4-VAX. Click Here To Read More.
