With 238 overdose deaths in Monroe County in 2020, and data showing deaths are up so far this year. Narcan boxes are strategically placed around Monroe County to fight the problem. Gates to Recovery encourages any business owner in the city to get a Narcan box, especially if they are in a high-impact neighborhood.
