Update: Judge Orders 30 Year-Old Man To Move Out Of Parents Home
Written by Andre on May 23, 2018
A 30 year-old Syracuse man refused to leave his parents home after they told him he needs to find his own place to live. So they took him to court and won.
Michael Rotondo was ordered to move out by State Supreme Court Justice Donald Greenwood Tuesday.
UPDATE:
So Rotondo has a son that he had with a woman he barely knew while he was living in his own apartment and lost custody of the child….
UPDATE:
This story now completely makes more sense that we have more information.
Michael Rotondo’s parents want him out because the went to court for visitation rights to his son their grandchild and from the looks of things Rotondo probably can’t be around the kid.
Now get this.. The reason Rototndo’s parents, Mark and Christina filed for visitations with the child is because he wouldn’t let them see the boy before he lost custody. SMH!
On top of all that he had a job prior to moving back with his parents that he was fired from. He worked at Best Buy and filed a wrongful firing lawsuit for $340,000 in damages. He was fired because he refused to work Saturday’s.
This is some BS and we are not even done with the madness.
He does not want to leave his parents home or get a job because he wants to appear “poor” for family court as he is in a custody battle with mother of his son.
So what all this mess is about is him trying to dodge those child support payments!
WOW.

Rotondo told the Judge he needed six more months to move but his parents Mark and Christina said they had enough. They even gave him $1,100 to move in February with a letter that suggested he sell his weapons and stereo so he could have enough money but Rotondo continued to stay.
Apparently he did not have a job because in the letter his parents wrote “There are jobs available even for those with a poor work history like you,” the letter reads. “Get one — you have to work!”
Well the parents do have a point! Besides you really can’t be mad at them for trying to make Michael grow up and be an adult.
Their house, their rules. But wait.. why did they wait so long to tell him to leave??
Anyway, Michael said after the ruling he is going to appeal….. smh bruh it’s time to go at this point.
Want a good laugh?? Watch the video.
#Frontliners do you think Michael’s parents are fair or foul for taking him to court? (mind you he pays not one bill)
