I Got Some Challenges Going On

Why is it so hard to get the ball rolling when you’re trying to get back into the swing of things?

I’ve been out of the gym going on 2 weeks. Every time I try to make it, I end up not going because either something comes up last minute or I just lose my motivation to go. I’m also a very spontaneous person, if I don’t do what is on my mind at that moment I most likely I won’t get to it.

Well at least I had a great run with being consistent going to the gym every other day. I will give myself credit though because my dieting has been on track with staying away from the B.S. food.
Ya’ll keep me in your prayers that I stay focused and make it over these obstacles.
How did you make the lifestyle change to consistently go to the gym?
