Harassing a USPS Worker? The Wrong Time in Rochester to Do It

A USPS worker in Rochester was harassed Thursday when a woman struck their mail vehicle with a bottle.

The worker was uninjured and called 911 after reaching safety.

A 43-year-old woman was arrested in a separate incident.

Police say the case appears isolated.
