Governor Andrew Cuomo Extends The Commercial Eviction Moratorium

This coronavirus pandemic is choking the life out of small and large businesses to the point that it’s starting to effect commercial property.

Governor Andrew Cuomo has extended the commercial eviction moratorium until October 20th.

The order originally was set to expire on September 20th but the governor signed an executive order extending moratorium on evictions and foreclosures.
So this extension give tenants another month to figure out what they’re going to do everyone has been affected by the Coronavirus pandemic, the governor says “It’s far from over”.
It’s the  Domino effect that’s happening.
