Film Or Series To Watch Over The Weekend On Netflix

Something to watch on Netflix over the weekend. If you have not had a chance to check the Netflix film 6 Underground you’re missing a good one.

The action scenes in 6 Underground are amazing!

If you love action flix this is a must watch. Ryan Reynolds stars as a tech billionaire who wants to change the world for the better and recruits a crew of individuals with unique skills to join him. Corey Hawkins from Straight Outta Compton is also in this film.

All Day & A Night is another good film on Netflix. It stars award wining actor Jeffery Wright and Ashton Sanders from Moonlight and Hulu’s Wu Tang: An American Saga. I won’t give anything away but the fact that I did not see the plot twist coming, good movie!

If you are looking for a series Hollywood is a good one. Now, I will say that this series is set back in post World War II so if you are not into that then you might want to skip this one. However, this is an interesting but good series and is loosely based off of real Hollywood stars and players.

Queen Latifah has a small role in the Netflix series Hollywood playing Hattie McDaniel.

So I have not watched the first season of the series Homecoming on Amazon but I did catch the trailer for the second season with Janell Monae. I love Janell Monae so that is what I’m going to be binge watching this weekend.
