A Fairport man is accused of using Roblox to try to lure 11- and 13-year-old girls for sex, according to federal prosecutors.
On March 12, the leader of a group that exposes child predators alerted Fairport Police about a Facebook message from “Tony Rodrigo,” later identified as 40-year-old Tony Rodriguez of Fairport, according to prosecutors.
According to prosecutors, a search of two cellphones seized from Rodriguez revealed approximately six images of child pornography.
Rodriguez faces charges of child enticement and possession of child pornography and is currently held in Monroe County Jail.
