Economic Impact Payment Debit Cards Mailed In Plain Envelopes

Written by on May 28, 2020

This morning on the Wake Up Club a few people called and texted in about not receiving their stimulus payment. If you are supposed to get a check instead of direct deposit again, it will come on a debit card.

A letter should of been mailed to you telling you that you will receive the Economic Impact Payment. You can also go online to IRS.gov to find out when you can expect it.

Make sure you are paying attention to your mail because the debit cards are coming in the mail in a plain white envelope. The envelope with your Economic Income Payment Card will say Money Network Card Holder Services. In the envelope will be your card and information explaining the stimulus payment.

So make sure you keep an eye out for a plain envelope and do NOT throw it away thinking it’s a bill or junk mail!

The best way to contact the IRS regarding your impact payment is online at IRS.gov

If you want to call it may take you a while to get through 800-829-1040
