While it may not be Rochester, Drake is shouting out our next door neighbor. In his newest album, “For All The Dogs,” a mention of the Walden Galleria mall in the ending of “Away From Home.” Through this song, Drake reminisces about the days prior to his fame when he had financial constraints and was striving to establish himself in the music world. The lyrics are: “How could I forget? How could I forget?
I was on a Greyhound way before the jet. Buffalo, New York was like the furthest I could get. At the Walden Galleria tryna make the money stretch”
