Changes Coming To Rochester Public Libraries Regarding Fines for Overdue Books

Starting this Saturday, Rochester public libraries announced they will be canceling all fines for overdue books.
People are still encouraged to return all late books and items.
People will still have to pay for replacement costs and processing fees for damage or missing items.
