Written by on December 28, 2020

Cardi B’s legal battle with her former manager, Kleonard “Shaft” Raphael is over. According to a report All Hip Hop published on Saturday (Dec. 27), a judge has dismissed the entire case. On Christmas Eve, the case was dismissed with prejudice, so neither party can ever bring the case back up in court ever again.

“This action, including all claims and counterclaims, is hereby dismissed in its entirety with prejudice against all parties,” the legal documents state. “The parties have further agreed that all parties to this action shall bear their own costs and attorney’s fees.”

In April 2018, Shaft filed a breach of contract lawsuit worth $10 million. Claiming that Cardi pushed their agreement to the side when she made the move to sign with Quality Control, and that her husband Offset also threatened him.

Now that Cardi’s legal troubles are over, we should be getting a new album in the New Year. To Read More Click Here.
