Amazon Distribution Facility Coming To Henrietta

The announcement was made Tuesday by Monroe County Executive Cheryl Dinolfo that Amazon would be building a 70,000 square foot distribution center in Henrietta.
This is good for our area especially after the news of Papa John’s abruptly closing it’s Rochester stores Tuesday also.
The amount of jobs in unclear but it was said the impact will be “significant.”
This is the first distribution facility of it’s kind in Upstate New York.
Earlier this year Amazon was look for a place to build it’s H2 Headquarters but Rochester lost this bid however, it’s clear they say something good which is a win for us.
