Former and current female Harris County deputy constables accuse their superiors for sexual exploitation, molestation and haressment. The female deputies were assigned to a human trafficking task force when the allegations occurred.
CNN reported:
“The female officers — Liz Gomez, Marissa Sanchez and Felecia McKinney — claim they were rookie deputies when they were ‘handpicked’ for undercover operations, ‘molested and traumatized by their intoxicated male commanding officers for their own sexual gratification,’ the lawsuit says.”
When they reported the allegations to their superiors they were ridiculed and reassigned to less prestigious duties.
An internal investigation has been conducted. However, allegedly, they believe there has been no policies or rules broken.
