Tyler, the Creator has released his latest album, Chromakopia, featuring collaborations with prominent artists including Childish Gambino, Daniel Caesar, Teezo Touchdown, Doechii, and more. Unconventionally dropped at 3 a.m. on a Monday, Chromakopia also includes appearances by Lil Wayne, GloRilla, and Sexyy Red on the track “Sticky.” The album was fully self-produced by Tyler, except for the opener, “St. Chroma,” coproduced with Inflo from Sault.
The album release follows a swift promo campaign, including the lead single “Noid,” a cryptic teaser of “St. Chroma,” and the announcement of Tyler’s 10th Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival, set for Los Angeles. Additionally, he announced a world tour, CHROMAKOPIA: The World Tour, kicking off in February with stops across North America, Europe, and the UK, featuring support from Lil Yachty and Paris Texas. Tyler’s tour will highlight his latest work and extend his innovative presence in the music scene.
