2 million Gallons Lost in Rochester Water Main Break; City Investigates Slow Response

 A century-old eight-inch water main broke early Tuesday at Culver Road and Meredith Street in northeast Rochester, releasing about 2 million gallons of water.
The incident left 36 customers without water and flooded around 10 basements.
City officials are investigating why it took more than three hours for crews to respond.
