13WHAM News’ Pirate Toy Fund Toy Drive

Monday marks the official kickoff of the 13WHAM 2019 Pirate Toy Fund Toy Drive!

Started in 1994 by Gary the Happy Pirate, the Pirate Toy Fund collects thousands of toys throughout the year to help create smiles for local children in need. These toys are then distributed to hospitals, children organizations, the Red Cross, and other community partners of the Pirate Toy Fund, all with the goal of helping make children happier in some of their toughest times.

If you would like to help contribute to this goal, toy donations will be accepted at the Eastview Mall carousel, local Wegmans stores, Strong Museum of Play, Xceed Financial Credit Union, Bill Gray’s Iceplex, Greece Town Hall and 13WHAM from now until Friday, December 6, 2019.
