Where to Donate Winter Clothing, Toys, and Other Items in the Rochester Area

As winter nears, several local donation drives aim to support underserved residents. The Hooked Fish Market and RCSD No. 9 are running a coat drive through Nov. 20. The NYS Office of General Services is hosting statewide holiday donation drives—including three in Rochester—accepting toys, coats, school supplies, and food through Dec. 5. The House of Mercy and Open Door Mission are also collecting items and have Amazon Wishlists with needed supplies. Donations include clothes, food, bedding, and toiletries.
