Vaccine Eligibility For New Yorkers 60 Years Old and Older

Tuesday evening the Monrow County Department of Public Health will open new scheduling links for the COVID-19 vaccine. The links will go live on the County website and there will be several new ones.

This comes as Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced eligibility for the vaccine would be expanded across the state. People 60 and over can now get the vaccine which was previously 65 and older. Also included are public-facing government workers and nonprofit groups that work with the public.

Pharmacies will still only vaccinate 65 and up plus teachers. For the full briefing, you can watch below.
