United Airlines CEO tries to reassure customers that the airline is safe

In light of recent safety incidents involving United Airlines, including a panel falling off an aircraft and another jet losing a wheel on takeoff, CEO Scott Kirby has announced a review of the airline’s safety training procedures for employees.
