Two men in two separate crashes just 15 minutes apart in two different areas of Rochester are being charged with driving while under the influence of drugs. One man is 27 years old from Fairport and the other man is 35 years from Avon.

Reports say the 35 year old man from Avon was driving in the Saint Paul Street area, when he lost consciousness and drove over a curb crashing his vehicle. Firefighters had to use Narcan to revive him. The man was taken to Rochester General for treatment.
15 minutes later on the other side of the city, a 27 year old man from Fairport was driving on Atlantic Avenue lost consciousness and drove off the road.  A tow truck came to help the man but his car started traveling in reverse at a low speed hitting the tow truck. The driver was unconscious and firefighters had also use Narcan to revive him.
This is becoming more and more common with people using drugs while driving and losing consciousness putting everyone at risk.
