Former corrections officer David Kingsley was found guilty of murder and manslaughter in the 2024 death of inmate Robert Brooks and faces 25 years to life at sentencing on Dec. 16.
Two co-defendants, Nicholas Kieffer and Mathew Galliher, were acquitted.
Brooks died after a violent incident caught on bodycam footage.
Ten officers were charged; six took plea deals, and one, Michael Fisher, goes to trial in January 2026.
