Try Something New, Love Up On You

How was your year?

Did you accomplish everything you set out to do in 2019?

If you didn’t that is okay you still have some time and you can reevaluate what you did or did not do in 2019 to create a better plan. You could even scrap the goal itself and start a new one, that is okay also!

The bigger and more important question is did you take time to take care of yourself or show YOU some love at any point this year?

If you didn’t then going into 2020 please set that as one of your goals, tasks, or to-do’s. Self care is very important. If you fall apart most likely everything around you will as well. We want you to be at your best in 2020 and do just a little bit better – baby steps. The small steps will lead to bigger ones and greater opportunities!

Take your time, stay the course, take care of you, and keep a positive mindset.

Here is a challenge I did for myself that changed how I think, see, and feel towards me. This challenge actually pulled me through a moment when doubt and negative thinking started to creep in. It’s normal – it will happen you’re human remember it’s all about how you deal with the negative when it hits.

The challenge is to write yourself a love letter!

Now I know this may sound a little weird at first but how you feel and see yourself is very important. Not only is it important it is necessary for you to pour into you especially if you are someone who pours into others you have to put that energy and love into YOU.

It is NOT selfish!

So grab a pen and some paper or your laptop or phone and write a love letter to yourself. Don’t short change yourself either!

YOU are an incredible individual, you are beautifully you!!
