YouTube has agreed to a $24.5 million settlement with President Donald Trump over his suspension from the platform, which occurred near the end of his first term following the January 6 Capitol riot.
YouTube had cited concerns that Trump’s posts might incite further violence.
The settlement also involves Alphabet, YouTube’s parent company.
