Tragic Crash on I-490 Leaves Two Dead, Two Hospitalized

A single-vehicle crash on I-490 at Culver Road in Rochester claimed the lives of two passengers and left two others hospitalized. State troopers confirmed that the driver, who suffered minor injuries, was arrested at the scene after becoming combative.
