The Thruway Authority, MTA, and Port Authority have announced significant upgrades to the E-ZPass website and the Tolls NY mobile app.
The new website will consolidate E-ZPass and Tolls by Mail services, offering enhanced self-service features and a more user-friendly interface.
The system is set to go live on April 15, but will be offline for upgrades from 7 p.m. on April 9 until 11:59 p.m. on April 14.
Customers are encouraged to make any payments or account changes before the downtime.
