This Rochester Attraction is a Winner of the 2024 USA TODAY 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards

The Strong National Museum of Play in Rochester has been named one of the top pop culture museums in the United States, securing the third spot in the 2024 USA Today 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards. Recognized for its interactive exhibits and recent 90,000-square-foot expansion, the museum offers a variety of attractions including the ESL Digital Worlds: Level Up, a life-size video game experience, and a 20-foot-high Donkey Kong arcade game. The expansion also introduced the Hasbro Game Park, featuring large-scale versions of classic games and interactive elements like a mist-breathing dragon from Dungeons & Dragons. Additional highlights include the Portal of Play entrance and a 20-ton granite ball that demonstrates hydrostatic pressure.
