The U.S. Navy Welcomes First Black Woman Pilot

The U.S. Navy has welcomed its first black female tactical aircraft pilot.

Madeline Swegle graduated from the US Naval Academy back in 2017 and now She’s assigned to the RedHawks of training Squadron 21 in Kingsville Texas.
This Milestone comes more than 45 years after Rosemary Mariner became the first woman to fly a U.S. tactical jet.
