There were a few upsets in this year’s Monroe County Primary Elections.
Adam Bello pulls a victory over Cheryl Dinolfo to become the first Democratic Monroe County Executive in 30 years.
Reports say, this year Monroe County had a larger turn out then past elections. This year was the 1st time New York State allowed early voting.
New Yorkers had 9 days to cast their early ballots before the November 5th general election. Reports say over 13,000 people in Monroe County participated in New York State’s first time early voting and, as you can see, it was quite effective.
