The Federal Trade Commission Is sending out Checks To Over 14,000 People

The Federal Trade Commission announced that it will be sending out checks to people that lost money in debt-relief scam.

The checks totaled up to $822,000 and will be sent to over 14,000 people who paid money to a company that did business under the name of Student Advocates.
If you receive a check from this it’s highly recommended to cash it within 90 days.
