The Department Of Labor System Update Caused Delay In $600 FPUC Payments

If you did not receive your $600 Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation this week – don’t panic it’s coming. The Department of Labor said via Twitter Monday morning the payment will be late.
According to the Department of Labor, there was an update to their system that is causing the delay. The update did not impact unemployment and pandemic unemployment insurance funds.
You should expect your $600 later this week if you receive the FPUC. The Department of Labor said they have corrected the issue and you do not have to call them.
Also, as a reminder, the $600 Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation will end on July 26th.
This is what the DOL tweeted this morning.
Last night, an update to our system inadvertently caused a delay in the release of $600 FPUC payments. UI & PUA payments were not impacted.
We have corrected the issue & FPUC payments will be processed tonight. You‘ll receive your money this week.
Thank you for your patience.
