People gathered outside the Monroe County Jail Monday evening to remember the life of 43-year-old Robert Brooks who was killed early December by Marcy Correctional Facility correction officers caught on camera.
The community is demanding justice for Robert Brooks and the Individuals to be held accountable for their deadly use of force.
The Correctional Facility is already facing lawsuits from former inmates that say they experienced the same treatment that was caught on video against Robert Brooks.
