The All State Festival & Winter Conference is returning to Rochester

The All-State Festival & Winter Conference, hosted by the New York State School Music Association (NYSSMA), is returning to Rochester for its 88th year. The event will take place at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center and the Eastman Theater from December 5 to December 8.

This year marks a significant milestone as three additional ensembles and 250 more students join the festival for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic forced the cancellation of the 2020 event. In total, over 800 talented student musicians from across New York State will perform in eight ensembles, showcasing their skills in this celebrated annual gathering.
