WHO: The Rochester Black Authors Association (RBAA) is committed to amplifying and empowering Black authors, allowing their literary talent to take center stage.
WHAT: The 7th annual Rochester Black Authors Expo is a platform to empower and celebrate Black authors shaping the future of literature, uniting them with the community to discuss the importance of inclusivity in the literary landscape, and is free to the public. This year’s theme, “Branding,” recognizes authors who amplify their impact beyond writing, sparking vital conversations about diverse storytelling’s power to challenge harmful preconceptions.
