A 36 year old Texas man was sentenced to 70 years in prison for spitting at a police officer during an arrest last May.
Reports say police came in contact with the man after getting a call about domestic violence. He was accused of hitting a female several times and got upset at police when they only arrested him and not the victim.
The man was kicking the windows from inside of the police cruiser and when the cops opened the door the man spat at the officers several times.
The man Identified as Larry Pearson was found guilty of two counts of harassment of a public servant.
